Historique :	Reprise en terre cuite d'un projet de vase qu'il avait envoyé de Rome en 1893. Il l'a proposé à la Manufacture nationale de Sèvres. On ignore si celle-ci l'a commercialisé. On sait seulement qu'elle a repris des modèles de Desvergnes dans les années 1902 et 1903.
