Historique :	Comptes de fabrique de l'église Saint-Salomon de Pithiviers (ADL, 1 Mi 887, fol. 39) : 3 mai 1807 : 'Don d'un baiser de paix en argent. Un bienfaiteur qui veut rester inconnu a donné à la fabrique 'une paix en argent' pesant un marc et plus, un fond sablé sur lequel est une tête de Notre-Seigneur, surmontée de deux têtes d'anges et d'une gloire'.
